  • Designed the concept, proposal, internal planning, preliminary assessment and implementation management plan of schools construction project with the focus on disaster prevention and sustainable construction techniques using local available materials
  • Manage and supervise the implementation of whole process including tendering process, quality control and direct site supervision of the schools construction and schools’ sanitation and hygiene facilities such as rain water collection tanks, toilet and water conservation (leach field)
  • Established project’s progress monitoring and quality control mechanism and reporting system
